What is your MOQ for capsule manufacturing?

It depends on your formulation. Typically our MOQs are 2000 bottles or 100,000 capsules if you’re interested in our bulk encapsulation services. However, we still encourage you to reach out since we’re open to running smaller blends if it’s not a complex project. 

What are your typical lead times?

Lead time heavily depends on the materials you’re using. 

Some materials can take a long time to source others; we have stock. 

 We have a ton of capacity and run a lean-optimized manufacturing facility. Typically our lead times are 6-8 weeks.

Can customers supply their materials?

We do a ton of co-packing work for various companies. We have rigorous quality control and testing procedures, so all materials must have proper documentation and pass our quality standards.

Do you have experience with Amazon?

Yes, we have extensive experience with Amazon sellers.

Can you manufacture capsules without using excipients?

Yes, we have a ton of experience with this type of manufacturing. Although sometimes excipients may be unavoidable, we can recommend “label-friendly” alternatives. Please reach out to discuss this further.
